The staff went out of their way to assist us with our travel arrangements, making our holiday a breeze. the hotel's proximity to the train and bus station made getting around easy.
The hotel is located quite far from downtown Taipei, which made it challenging for us to visit tourist attractions. the hotel's aging appearance was quite noticeable, and language barriers made communication challenging.

The hotel's proximity to the train and bus station makes it convenient for travelers seeking to explore the surrounding areas. the staff are willing to offer useful information on how to navigate the city and help schedule tours. the hotel's airport shuttle service was also found to be efficient by some guests, making airport transfers stress-free.
Some parts of the hotel seem outdated, which may not be ideal for some travelers seeking modern amenities.

The staff was helpful with my travel needs, and the train and bus stations were within close walking distance from the hotel. But, if you're a tourist looking to explore the city, this hotel is terribly located. It takes an hour each way by train to reach downtown Taipei, and there isn't much to do around the hotel area.
The hotel is quite old and in desperate need of renovations. While the staff did their best to communicate with me using Google Translate, language barriers still presented difficulties.
